Submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your career history and motivation to join the Career Comeback Program.
If you have relevant experience and fit the program requirements, we’ll call you to have a chat about your application and invite you to interview with us. At this point we may also ask you to complete some psychometric testing so that we can assess your active learning and problem-solving skills.
Your first interview will be with a number of business representatives from the team that you’ve applied for and will involve a variety of behavioural and technical questions. We’ll let you know if your interview will be held virtually or in person, and our Career Comeback Program Manager will help prepare you for your interview and share some helpful tips and tricks before you meet with us. If you're successful in progressing through this stage, you will be invited to a second interview in the following weeks.
Your second interview will be held by a more senior member of the team and most likely will be in person so that you can get a sense of our offices and team culture.
Successful candidates will receive news of their offer at least six weeks prior to the program start date.
