Our teams

Group Operations 

There is no process challenge too great for our Group Operations team. They're focused on keeping our daily processes running smoothly, and continually exploring ways to be more efficient.

Our team of operations specialists focus on market operations, global client onboarding, financial crime operations, financial risk modelling, as well as running the Procurement Centre of CBA India.

Together, these teams provide a robust financial crime prevention framework along with building credit risk models, acquisition, and behavioural scorecards in the trade finance space.

The Risk and Controls team (Chief Controls Office) in India is a group of trusted and skilled risk management experts who partner with business leaders to manage and resolve risk issues. We enable our business to be safe, sound, and secure.

We’re accountable to identify, understand, and manage the first line of risk accountability for CBA India.

Playing a critical role in providing advice and coaching on risk management, we continually work to enable our business to better manage risk.

We work together to create the best outcomes for our customers and internal stakeholders. As a part of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in developing an effective risk management strategy across all business units in India, which is imperative to the success and growth of the CBA.
