When it comes to building solutions, we have an Agile approach that means our people can adapt quickly, and develop a more rounded set of skills. While building a solution, we continue to enhance it through our design thinking, experimentation, and Agile and Lean practices.
Once a solution is in place, we are responsible for running, maintaining and improving it over time. We are one of the largest IT shops in Australia, and believe in doing as much as we can in-house, with limited outsourcing.
