We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world's best systems and processes. In 2013, we opened more than 2,000 new bank accounts every day, funded more than $60 billion in home loans, and helped more than 21,000 first home buyers secure their own home.

Specialist areas

We are a team of highly engaged and passionate people who support our customers on numerous retail products and services including credit cards, home loans and personal loans. We also have a Collections and Credit Solutions function. We have six contact centres around Australia and are available for our customers 24/7, 365 days a year via telephone, videoconference, online and webchat.

We look after all of our customer products and services, including credit cards, deposits, home loans, superannuation, and travel and international payments.

We offer a range of sales and relationship management professionals, who work in our branches, Premier Banking, International Customer Services and Asian Banking divisions, as well as in Third Party and Mobile Banking. Together we provide our customers with solutions tailored to meet their personal and business needs.

Our team includes Group Sales and Service Support, as well as Retail Bank Transformation. We work closely with our customer engagement teams, and look at ways we can adapt and evolve to support our customers of the future.

We drive the digital experience for more than 14.5 million customers across Australia and the world who rely on us for a seamless banking connection. We are a fast growing team with the opportunity to shape the way Commonwealth Bank serves customers digitally and beyond.

We are responsible for delivering advertising, marketing, public relations, sponsorship, events, and brand communications to our retail customers, business customers and shareholders.
