Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible to receive $15 off your shop when you spend at least $50 online at Coles, you must have a CommBank Everyday Smart Access account that was opened online or in branch between 14 September 2026 (12:01am, AEST) and 27 October 2026 (11:59pm, AEDT) (‘the offer period’). This offer is only available for eligible customers who will be either (a) arriving in Australia within the next 14 days, or (b) have been in Australia for less than 12 months and are over the age of 18 years at the time of account opened (c) provide a valid email address at time of account opening and register for NetBank; and have never held a CommBank Everyday Smart Access account. Single account only. Excludes joint and Everyday Offset accounts. 

How to claim the promo code

Eligible customers will receive their unique promo code and instructions on how to redeem $15 off your online Coles shop when you spend $50 or more at coles.com.au. The unique promo code will be sent to the email address provided to CommBank at the time your Everyday Smart Access account is opened. The offer redemption instructions will be emailed to you up to 14 days after account opening and the Everyday Smart Access account must remain open and active to receive the unique promo code to redeem at Coles Online. Limited to one offer per eligible account per customer.

The eligible transaction must be completed online via the Coles website in a single transaction of $50 or more (excluding delivery and other fee & charges and any item excluded by Coles). You will need to enter the unique promo code in the promo code field before proceeding with your payment using a CommBank Debit Mastercard. The unique promo code is valid until 10 November 2026 (11:59pm, AEDT).

Additional Terms and Conditions:

User must have or create a valid account at Coles and comply with applicable Coles Terms and Conditions, including any exclusions, minimum order requirements, delivery terms, product restrictions and promo code conditions that may apply. Offer cannot be exchanged, redeemed or substituted for cash or other currency. The promotional code is non-transferable and single use only.
