It’s important for you to fill out our new customer form above as soon as possible to become a CommBank customer and continue to access, face-to-face, over the counter transaction banking services.
If you don’t complete the new customer account form and complete your ID Check soon, we will not be able to onboard you as a CommBank customer. This means you and you may lose access to banking services in Nauru in the future, through your existing banking provider.

It’s up to you. You may wish to wait until you have received confirmation from us that a CommBank account has been set up for you, and once you have moved all your direct debits to your new CommBank account. As an additional consideration, the Agency will not be fully operational until later in 2025. Until this time, the Agency will have limited face to face and over the counter services so you may need to continue to rely on your existing banking provider for these services.
You can collect your new debit card via the Aiwo Agency. Address details are outlined above.
