A Service Delegate is a permission appointed to a CommBiz User to electronically authorise some Maintenance Requests without the need to print, sign and return paperwork. Service Delegates are also responsible for appointing Card Administrators, who manage Card Facilities linked to the CommBiz Service.
The Service Delegate Authority form is used to appoint or remove CommBiz Users as Service Delegates. It also defines how many Service Delegates are required to process a Maintenance Request.

Once the Administrator has submitted the request and printed the Service Delegate Authority forms, the forms will need to be signed and returned to bankfeed@cba.com.au for processing.
By signing a Service Delegate Authority form, account owners consent to who and how many Service Delegates are required to authorise requests on the CommBiz Service.
The Service Delegate Authority form has 3 parts:

Section 3 – Declaration and Acknowledgement
The Declaration and Acknowledgement needs to be signed by the Director(s) or Authorised Officers for all accounts on the Service. By signing this, account owners are acknowledging:
The form will need to be signed, by each Account Owner who has an account on the Service, in accordance with the below table:
Please ensure all your entity details are up to date with us, including current directors or Authorised Officers and Minutes of Meetings. Outdated information, held by the Bank, may delay processing of the request.
The form can be returned to bankfeed@cba.com.au for processing.
