Who needs to complete the form?

  • You’ll need to complete the Application and Authority for Business Accounts form if you’re:

    • Updating signatories to an existing account
    • Opening one of the following specialised bank accounts:
      • Standard Business Cheque Account (CABI)
      • Cash Deposit Account
      • Statutory Trust Account
      • Society Cheque Account
      • Business Foreign Currency Account
      • Stream Working Capital Transaction Account

Signatures

    • Each signatory needs to sign next to their name 
    • Your organisation’s representatives need to sign the declaration section (section 8)
    • We're unable to accept DocuSign, digital, electronic or cropped signatures so you'll need to get the form signed in full with a pen. 

ID verification

  • We’ll need to verify identification documents at a branch if the signatories are:

    • New to the bank
    • An existing customer who hasn’t presented physical identification in the last 12 months
