Amazon Lockers are now available at participating CommBank branches. This means you can collect your Amazon packages from a safe, secure location at a time that suits you.  The self-service kiosks are available to you 24/7. 

How it works

1. Shop on Amazon

Shop on Amazon as you normally would and then go to the checkout. 

2. Choose a locker

At checkout, select a Locker - located at a CommBank branch near you - as your delivery address. 

3. Collect in your own time

You’ll receive a pickup code from Amazon which you can use to collect your package from your chosen Locker at a time that suits you, within three days of delivery.

1. What are Amazon Lockers?

Amazon Lockers are secure, self-service kiosks where you can pick up Amazon parcels at a time and place that is convenient for you, within three days of delivery.

2. How do I use a Locker at a branch?

To use an Amazon Locker, simply find the unique Amazon Locker name for your participating CommBank branch and add it to your Amazon address book. During checkout, select the Amazon Locker as your delivery address. Once your parcel has been delivered, you’ll receive a unique 6 digit code from Amazon. Simply visit your selected Locker and enter the code on the Locker's touchscreen, then remove your parcel after the Locker's door opens.

3. How much does using an Amazon Locker cost?

There’s no charge for an Amazon Locker if you’re an Amazon Prime member. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, you'll be charged $4.99 for expedited delivery. If you spend more than $39 on eligible items, you will qualify for FREE standard delivery.

4. How long do I have to pick up my parcel?

You’ll have 3 calendar days to pick up your package. If you're unable to collect your package within this time-frame, it’ll be returned for a refund.

5. What kind of items can be delivered to an Amazon Locker?

Items dispatched by Amazon are eligible for delivery to an Amazon Locker situated at participating CommBank branches. This includes Marketplace items that are fulfilled by Amazon (usually items from Amazon Merchants or Warehouse Deals). Currently, Amazon Lockers can accept parcels up to 42cm x 35cm x 32cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg.

6. What kind of items will not be delivered to an Amazon Locker?

Items sold by third-party sellers, age restricted and hazardous material items aren't eligible for delivery to an Amazon Locker situated at participating CommBank branches.

7. Can I return an item to an Amazon Locker?

No, currently it is not possible to return your Amazon packages using an Amazon Locker located at any participating CommBank branches.

8. What happens if there is a problem with the Amazon Locker?

For any assistance with Amazon Locker services or issues, please contact Amazon on 1800 571 894. CommBank staff are unable to assist.

Amazon owns the Amazon Locker and is responsible for maintaining the Amazon Locker as well as the packages to be delivered to the Amazon Locker located at participating CommBank branches.

CommBank staff will be unable to provide information or assistance with any Amazon Locker services or issues relating to the delivery of packages.  For assistance, you should contact Amazon directly on 1800 571 894.
