What's happening?

We’re required to verify the identity of CommBiz users. To do that, we need some additional information from you.

Two options to verify your identity

1. Send it to us in the mail

Complete the Certified Copies Identification Form, include your CommBiz user ID at the top of the page and return it by post to:

2. Visit a branch

Print a copy of this page and take it to any Commonwealth Bank branch along with your original identification documents. We will take a copy of your identification documents and update our records, scan them to your profile (or create a profile if you do not have one) and record your CommBiz user ID for further verification by the CommBiz team. See section 4 of the Certified Copies Identification Form for acceptable forms of identification. 

Please ensure that your full name and date of birth in CommBiz match your identification documents. Your CommBiz Administrator can update these for you.


Why you need to do this

Due to regulatory requirements, it is mandatory to identity verify our CommBiz users. It is important that you identify yourself to prevent any disruption to your CommBiz access, failure to do so may result in your CommBiz profile being suspended.
