Home electrification offers several benefits, it may reduce energy costs, decrease your home’s carbon footprint, and improve your home’s comfort.
For issues related to your solar panels, home batteries or EV chargers, please talk with the relevant vendor or company you are engaged with.
We only work with providers and installers that comply with the New Energy Tech Approved Seller code (NETCC) and who are Clean Energy Council (CEC) or Solar Accreditation Australia approved installers.
It’s your responsibility to ensure that you’re satisfied with the quality of your eligible energy-efficient purchases. If you detect substandard workmanship or materials, or have any disputes with your retailer and/or installer, you should speak with them as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of the matter, you may also need to inform your solicitor.
Once you’ve reviewed your quotes and accept your package with Brighte, you’ll be directed back to CommBank via a unique link to review your financing options and begin your application for the product that best suits your needs.

Yes, the Australian government does provide access to some subsidies and rebates to help with energy-efficient purchases.
Keep in mind, if you are using vendors to install Solar Panels through Brighte, any rebates may have already been factored into your total price.

Unsecured Personal Loan
‘Home energy loans’ refers to Unsecured Fixed and Variable Rate Personal Loans with an energy-efficient discount.
An excellent credit history is determined by, among other things, paying your bills and making loan repayments on or ahead of time, being disciplined with your credit applications, and not overextending yourself financially.
Actions which can negatively impact your credit history include missing bill or loan repayments, defaulting on your credit facility, or making a large number of credit applications in a short period of time. Brighte Gift Card Offer

About this offer
If you purchase an eligible home energy upgrade through Brighte's marketplace and fund it with an eligible CommBank home energy loan, you may receive a gift card from Brighte.
This offer is provided by Brighte Capital Pty Limited (ABN 74 609 165 906).
The offer starts on 1 September 2026 and will remain available until Brighte closes or withdraws it.
The gift card is offered by Brighte, not CommBank. Any loan is subject to CommBank's approval, eligibility criteria and loan terms.
Who can receive a gift card?
You are eligible for one gift card per property if you:
Your survey responses can be positive, negative or neutral.
If your purchase or loan is cancelled or reversed before the gift card is issued, you will no longer be eligible.
If there is more than one borrower on the loan, only one gift card will be issued.
Gift card value
The value of your gift card depends on the funded loan amount:

When will I receive it?

Gift card terms
The reward will be a Prezzee Smart eGift Card.
The card can be exchanged for participating retailer eGift cards. It is valid for three years from the date of issue and remains subject to Prezzee's terms and the terms of the retailer gift card you choose.
Prezzee Smart eGift Cards are issued subject to Prezzee’s Terms of Service. The reward is exchangeable only for eGift cards from participating retailers available on the Prezzee platform at the time of exchange. Retailer availability, individual eGift card terms, conditions, and expiry dates vary by retailer and are determined by the respective issuer. CommBank is not responsible for changes to participating retailers or the loss, theft, or expiration of any eGift card.
Changes to the offer
Brighte may change or withdraw this offer at any time by updating these terms.
However, if you applied for an eligible loan while the offer was available and later meet all eligibility requirements, any changes or withdrawal will not affect your entitlement to a gift card.
If the advertised gift card is unavailable, Brighte may provide an alternative gift card of equal value.
Privacy
Brighte will use your personal information and survey responses to administer this offer.
To deliver your gift card, Brighte may provide your name and email address to Prezzee.
Brighte handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
