There are a few ways that Ceba can put you in touch with a human:
- Give you the right phone number to call
- Direct you to click to call in the CommBank app so your call is fast-tracked
- Ask you to leave the humans a message and they’ll get back to you with a response. Make sure you have push notifications turned on to receive their reply!
