Who we are

Our Customer Engagement and Decision Science (CEDS) team is focused on deepening our customer relationships through data analytics. With access to the latest tools and technology, the team delivers critical insights which enable CommBank to anticipate and provide for our customers’ needs.

The appetite for data-driven decision making has resulted in the team growing quickly. They work in a fast-paced, start-up style environment where a focus on continuous improvement is expected and ‘out of the box’ thinking is rewarded. The team’s vision is to build a world-class analytics function across the Group, so there couldn’t be a more exciting time to join.
