Our Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world's best systems and processes.

Our Retail Bank has over 1000 branches and 6 Customer Service Centres (CSCs) nationally, with a strategic focus on offering innovative and transformational opportunities to our customers.

Our Customer Service team assists our customers with queries about their banking and helps them to find the right solution to meet their financial needs.. Their in-depth understanding of the Group’s offerings enables them to provide advice on additional products and services.

With a team of approximately 1,200 people looking after over 240,000 customer contacts each week, our CSCs pride themselves on making an outstanding impression. The team is committed to simplifying our customers’ lives through ongoing innovation through technology and productivity initiatives, which enables them to maintain the friendly, personal and efficient service they are renowned for.
