Across Australia, our team of Mobile Bankers build and grow relationships with customers. Using industry-leading technology, they provide customers with options on a range of lending products and other services available from the Bank that deliver a seamless banking experience for the future.
Our Mobile Bankers hunt and develop new business, cultivate new and existing referral sources in retail lending, and aim to exceed our customers’ expectations every time.
Last year our Mobile Banking team was recognised by our customers for superior service when we achieved the highest customer experience score across all the CommBank retail teams.

At the Australian Lending Awards 2013, we were named Mortgage Lender of the Year for the third consecutive year, Best Third Party Lender and Best Customer Marketing. This recognises the commitment of our frontline lenders to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In 2012, General Manager Mobile Banker, James Sheffield, was honoured as Thought Leader of the Year at the Australian Lending Awards.
