Our Premier Banking Associates provide dedicated support to a team of Relationship Managers. This enables us to provide a flexible, high-touch service for savvy and sophisticated clients who may have complex and comprehensive asset, investment and lending needs.
Our Relationship Managers are focused on partnering with their customers to deliver proactive support that helps build their financial future. They manage the unique and at times complex needs of their clients, with high professional credibility and integrity. Whether it’s assisting with investments, financial planning, wealth protection or simple everyday banking needs, our Relationship Managers have the skills and understanding to find the best solution for their clients.
Our Business Home Lending Specialists provide Home Lending support to our Business Banking clients. They offer retail solutions to our clients, and are responsible for generating new business and maximising cross sales while ensuring risk management practices are appropriately implemented. They are motivated, passionate about lending, and have strong relationship management skills, which are critical when dealing with these important clients.
