Partnering with cricket

From grassroots to the elite level, we’re committed to partnering with Cricket Australia to give more girls the opportunity to step up to the crease.

We’ve supported women’s cricket for 25 years and recognise the importance of creating more opportunities for girls of all ages to play, compete and learn. Our support of Cricket Australia’s Growing Cricket for Girls Fund has helped over 840 clubs, cricket associations and schools.

We’re also passionate supporters of Cricket Australia’s ‘A Sport for All’ Program, which champions inclusion and diversity in cricket through Indigenous, multicultural, people with a disability and LGBTQ+ community initiatives.

Partnering with football

We’re proud to support Football Australia at every level to help grow the game and create more opportunities for all to play football.

We are the naming rights partner of the Australian women’s football team, the CommBank Matildas and extend our support as major sponsors of the Australian men’s football team, the Subway Socceroos.

We’re also committed to nurturing the next generation of football players through the CommBank Juniors Matildas (under 17s), CommBank Young Matildas (under20s) and Miniroos (4-11yrs).

In creating more opportunities for all to play, we’re also passionate supporters of the CommBank Pararoos and ParaMatildas, Australia’s national teams for players with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury and symptoms of stroke.
