We want to reassure you that no financial details or other customer passwords were exposed however, the data disclosed may be used as part of scams and phishing attempts.
While this incident affects a small number of accounts, we are encouraging all customers to be extra vigilant to protect your information and be aware of scams and phishing attempts.
We will begin contacting affected customers shortly and we have increased security monitoring over their accounts.
Please be aware that the ability to translate from Pay ID to the associated identifier (e.g. customer name) is an intentional feature of PayID.
