    Account and card settings

    Your physical cards and digital wallet will still work while we update card, loan and BPAY features in NetBank and the CommBank app between 2:00am - 7:00am AEST.

    Ceba and Messaging

    We'll be working on Ceba and messaging between 1:00am - 7:00am. Messaging may not work as it usually would and you might see errors. If you can, message us before or after this time.

    If you need to report a lost or stolen card, or think you've been scammed, please call 13 2221.
