1:00pm: We’re aware that some of our customers are running into issues making in-store and online payments. CBA cards are working on CBA merchant terminals. If customers using digital wallets are experiencing declines please use your plastic card.

If making an in-store payment on your plastic debit card try:

  • Inserting (or swiping) the card
  • Selecting Savings or Cheque (not Credit)
  • Use your PIN

Alternatively, ATMs remain available for cash withdrawals. We apologise for any inconvenience and are urgently working to fix this.
