NetBank and the CommBank app
NetBank will be unavailable, and some CommBank app features will be limited or unavailable, between 1:30am – 6:00am AEDT. Customers will still be able to check balances and transactions in the CommBank app.

Complaints & Compliments
The Complaints & Compliments portal and the 'Your complaints' homepage in the CommBank app and in NetBank will be unavailable between 1:30am – 6:00am.

CommBiz
CommBiz and the CommBiz Mobile app will be unavailable between 2:00am – 6:00am. CommBiz Reporting files for reconciliation purposes will be available after 6:30am that same day.

Credit, debit and Travel Money Cards
Credit card, debit card, Travel Money Card accounts and some card settings may be temporarily affected between 2:00am - 5:45am.
