I’ve registered for the webinar(s), what happens next?
Once registered, you will start to receive communications about the webinar you’ve registered for. The emails will appear to come from CommBank, but the email address will appear as: firstname.lastname@example.org Please make sure you check your junk email inbox in case the email was delivered there.
About five minutes before the scheduled webinar, click on the link provided to you in your confirmation email or calendar invite.
What do I need to join/watch the webinar(s)?
Make sure you register for the webinar(s) using the registration links above. You’ll be sent a confirmation email shortly after registering, which will include a calendar invite and a webinar link. Make sure you add the webinar invite to your calendar so you don’t miss out.
You’ll also need:
- An internet connection
- A device such as a computer, laptop, tablet computer or smart phone with sound
- You won’t need a microphone or camera as the presenter won’t be able to see or hear you
- For optimal viewing, it’s recommended that Google Chrome is used as your internet browser
What will happen during the webinar?
Our presenter will share a slide show on the webinar topic. If you have any questions throughout the webinar, there will be a section on the screen where you can type your question. At the end of the session, our presenter will answer as many questions as time allows.
There will also be a short survey for you to complete. Your feedback is important to us and we would appreciate your time in completing the survey to assist us in planning and tailoring future webinars.
I missed the webinar. Can I view a recording?
Yes, we will be making the webinar recordings available on this page once the webinar has been broadcast.
