About your presenters

  • James  Fleming

    James leads the Fraud Risk & Advisory Team at CBA, with his main role being to provide fraud risk advice across the CBA Group for new products and processes to ensure CBA continues to deliver world class banking products to customers whilst still maintaining a sound risk posture. This advice includes putting measures in place to assist in detecting when a customer may be involved in a scam, and educating customers so that they have the knowledge and skills to ensure they, along with their family and friends, can remain safe.

  • Zoe Ma

    Zoe, Fraud Customer Experience manager, is part of the Fraud Risk & Advisory team where she helps shape CBA’s voice, perception, and mission for customer and community awareness of fraud and scams. Working closely with Fraud Technology, Marketing, Cyber Security, and Community Outreach, she helps develop and implement fraud and scam awareness measures for CBA customers and the wider community.

  • Taylor Weetman

    Taylor is currently a Manager in the Security Outreach and Customer Engagement team in CommBank’s Cyber division, working to promote effective cyber security behaviours and attitudes. Taylor focuses on building cyber-safe communities and empowering individuals with the right tools and mindset to mitigate risk from cyber threats.

    Taylor’s background in science, communication and program management allows her to foster strong partnerships and drive CommBank's security posture, promoting the skills pipeline and ensuring good cyber behaviour remains a forward focus of CommBank people and customers. 

  • Michael Smale

    Michael is a valued member of CommBank’s national Security Outreach and Customer Engagement team, after initially joining the Bank to lead a range of branches across southern Adelaide and regional South Australia, where he gained valuable experience managing customer enquiries including cyber security, scams and fraud from the front line. 

    He has a background in disaster response management in the finance and insurance sector and understands the impact that a catastrophic event can have on communities and organisations. 

    In his spare time Michael volunteers with both the SA Country Fire Service and State Emergency Service while regularly getting involved with local boards and committees.

    Michael believes in clear and simple messaging to make the benefits of a good Cyber culture easily accessible to everyone.
