Share your CommBank data with accredited organisations

How it works in CommBiz

Before you can share data for your business, you’ll need to set up a data sharing delegate.
Provide your consent on the website or app of the accredited organisation you want to share your data with.
You’ll then be taken securely to CommBiz so you can set up data sharing. Here’s a snapshot of the steps:

Enter your User ID and we’ll send you a One Time Password.

Go to notifications in your CommBiz inbox and enter the password.

If you don’t receive it, call 13 2339.

Choose the business you’d like to share data for. Then choose the accounts you'd like to share.

Review the details and confirm you'd like to share. We’ll take you securely back to the accredited organisation you started on.

Who can share data for your business?

To be eligible as a data sharing delegate in CommBiz, you:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Be verified by our ID check
- Have access to this CommBiz service

To view details or stop sharing, data sharing delegates can log on to CommBiz and go to Functions, then Manage data sharing.
