CommBiz Mobile makes it easy to authorise payments, check transactions and view account balances on your iPhone. All with exclusive NetLock security built in, so you can be confident you’re using one of Australia’s most secure mobile banking apps. 

Now you can customer notifications so that you can be alterted to items that are important to you such as transactions awaiting authorisation, cut off time is approaching or you have documents available to view.

Home

Your CommBiz Mobile home page will show Outstanding Authorisations if you are an ‘Authoriser’ or Account Summary if you are a ‘user’.

It also shows important messages from the Bank. To read them, tap the blue Broadcast Messages box.

Accounts

Tap on the Accounts icon to see real-time balances for up to 20 accounts.

For more detail on recent transactions on an account, simply tap the account name. You can view up to 100 transactions from the last 30 days.

Authorisations

Tap the Authorisations icon to see transactions for your approval – how many authorisations are awaiting approval and how many are overdue. Simply tap the authorisation for more detail.

When you’re ready, to Approve a transaction, you tap on ‘Approve’ and you’ll be prompted for your ID, password and one-time token password — so you can be sure you’re secure.

CommBiz has just taken the next step in its evolution, with a new CommBiz Mobile app that gives you convenient and secure business banking on the go.

Before you begin, make sure that you have been personally identified as a CommBiz user by the Commonwealth Bank. If you haven’t, visit any of our branches with your ID documents, or call 13 2339 to find out more.

Download and activate

Download and activate

It only takes a few minutes to get started. Visit The App Store and download the app to your iPhone or iPad. Because you’re secured by a unique digital certificate, you can only register CommBiz Mobile on one device.

The first time you log on, you’ll need to activate your app to make it fully secure. Simply answer a few security questions, accept the terms and conditions and wait for your device to be activated. Easy!

CommBiz Mobile helps you stay on top of your business’ cash flow position, anytime, anywhere.

Tap on the Accounts icon to see real-time balances for up to 20 accounts — just swipe your finger upwards to see more. And if an account isn’t listed, you can find it using the handy search bar.

Authorise transactions

Just because you’re travelling, it doesn’t mean important payments need to wait. Now you can authorise transactions anytime, anywhere.

Tap the Authorisations icon to see transactions for your approval (up to 100 items at a time). For more detail about the transaction, simply tap it.

When you’re ready, select the payments you want to action, then tap Approve or Reject. You’ll be prompted for your ID, password and one-time token password — so you can be sure you’re secure.
