You'll need an active Velocity Frequent Flyer membership to pre-register.

Your CommBank details

Enter the details registered with CommBank. Your name registered with CommBank must match the name on your Velocity Frequent Flyer account for your enrolment to be successful.

Your Velocity details

We’ll use your active Velocity Frequent Flyer number to match your Velocity membership when your Auto Transfer enrolment is processed.

Important information before you submit

Check your details:

If your details are incorrect or incomplete, or your name registered with CommBank doesn’t match the name on your Velocity Frequent Flyer account, we may not be able to complete your enrolment when Velocity Auto Transfer becomes available from 5 November 2026.

If we’re unable to successfully enrol you, you may not be contacted. If you haven’t received confirmation by 20 November 2026, you’ll need to enrol in Velocity Auto Transfer through CommBank Yello.

The personal information you enter will be provided to Velocity to process your enrolment in Velocity Auto Transfer and will be handled in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

CommBank Yello eligibility: You’ll need to be eligible for CommBank Yello when your pre-registration is processed to be enrolled in Velocity Auto Transfer.

Your first Auto Transfer: If your enrolment is successful, your first Velocity Auto Transfer will be scheduled for 25 November 2026. After that, your CommBank Yello Points will automatically transfer to Velocity on the 25th calendar day of every month.

Cancelling Auto Transfer: Once you’re enrolled in Velocity Auto Transfer in November, you’ll be able to cancel it at any time in the CommBank app or NetBank.
