The loyalty cards feature allowed you to store the barcodes for your loyalty cards from different loyalty program providers all in one place within the CommBank app.

The feature will be removed from 2 June 2026. After this date, you won’t be able to access your saved loyalty cards in the CommBank app.

We regularly review the digital services we offer and occasionally make decisions to discontinue current features so we can invest in other areas that deliver greater value to our customers.

To save your loyalty card details:

  1. Select “Cards” in the app.
  2. Tap “Loyalty” at the top of the screen
  3. Select the card you’d like to save to view your membership number.
  4. Tap Edit to copy your membership number. Alternatively, take a screen shot so you have a record of your membership number.

You can then save these details to another app or location of your choice.

No. You don’t need to remove your cards yourself as they will be automatically deleted when the feature is removed on 2 June 2026.

The only action you need to take is to save your loyalty card details elsewhere if you’d like to keep them.

Once you’ve saved your loyalty card membership information, you can contact the loyalty program provider to request a version of your loyalty card that’s compatible with your preferred digital wallet such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Many loyalty programs allow you to add your card directly through their app or website.

All loyalty card data will be permanently deleted on 2 June 2026.

If you’d like to keep your membership details, you’ll need to save them before this date.

Once the loyalty cards feature is removed and the data is deleted, it won’t be possible to retrieve or request your loyalty card information from CommBank. You will need to contact the loyalty program provider to request your membership information.
