If your application has been started by your broker or co-borrower, click the 'Join application' button below to proceed:

  1. Existing customers can log on to NetBank or the CommBank app to continue, or New to CommBank customer can create a NetBank account and complete ID checks online to continue
  2. Enter the verification ID in the SMS and email we've sent to you 
  3. Enter a one-time passcode, which we'll send you after successful verification
  4. Follow the steps to complete your home loan application
