When clicking 'Pay someone', the address book feature in the CommBank app is currently unavailable. We’re urgently working to fix this.
Payments can still be made by clicking the ‘+’ symbol in the top right hand corner and manually entering details. NetBank and all other CommBank banking services, including card payments and ATMs are working. We’ll continue to provide updates here.
