How to link your More account in the CommBank app

  1. Log on to the latest version of the CommBank app
  2. Tap on Accounts, scroll to the bottom and tap Link & manage extra services
  3. Tap Link existing account
  4. Login to your More account using the email address and primary mobile number you signed up with
  5. Select Agree to link your account 

How to link your More account in the CommBank app

Once your More 5G SIM-only plan is active:


  1. Turn on Bluetooth in your primary mobile and smartwatch device settings
  2. Follow the prompts on your mobile device to complete the web form and activate your Shared Number 
 plan



With the Shared Number plan, your smartwatch can perform most of the functions your phone does, like talk and use data*, even when your phone isn’t nearby.

Things you should know

CommBank has an ownership interest in More. More and CommBank have entered into a strategic alliance agreement. You should read More’s customer policies before making any decision about their service.


By clicking on any links directing to the More website and commencing the sign-up process, More will collect and handle your personal information under its collection notices and privacy policy as outlined on its website.

When you redeem this offer, you acknowledge that Commonwealth Bank will share your personal information with More for as long as your More account is active. This is to enable confirmation of ongoing eligibility, as well as assist with billing and invoicing.


1The offer of a $10 discount off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) per month on a new More mobile plan for 36 months is available to eligible CommBank customers who complete sign-up between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027, using a CommBank credit or debit card as your online bill payment method. CommBank customers can receive a CommBank discount on a maximum of 5 mobile services per More account (whether under this offer or any other More mobile offer that has been or may become available to you). To access this offer you must sign up to a new mobile plan via the More website or customer portal and successfully complete ConnectID verification as part of the sign-up journey. To maintain the discount available under this offer, you must continue to pay for your discounted More mobile plan with an eligible CommBank online bill payment method. Offer does not apply to additional services, charges or usage outside those included with your base monthly plan. The 36-month discount period commences from the day that your mobile service is activated. After this, your plan will revert to the RRP current at that time, subject to an ongoing monthly discount of $4 per month off the RRP so long as you use an eligible CommBank debit or credit card as your online bill payment method.
