Dear Commonwealth Bank customers,
Over the weekend we were conducting scheduled maintenance and upgrades to NetBank. Unfortunately it took longer than anticipated which meant that NetBank was unavailable for a longer period of time. We also experienced issues with Credit Card details not displaying on Monday.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused and we are working towards an even better NetBank.
NetBank undergoes regular maintenance and upgrades as we continue to develop new features and functionality, many of which you have been asking for.
