To manage and address your report we need to collect your personal information including name, contact details, details of the relevant transaction including sending and receiving account and whether you have previously reported the transaction. We may also need to disclose your personal information to Other Financial Institutions or organisations involved in the report as part of the review process. The information you provide to us may be used to help detect, investigate, or prevent fraud and scam related activity.
If you provide us with any sensitive personal information such as information about your health or personal circumstances, you consent to us collecting it. If you do not consent to having this information captured, please do not provide these details in your report.
Where you are a third-party representative authorised to provide personal information on behalf of another individual, it is expected you will inform that individual of the purposes for which we have collected and how we will handle their personal information as described in this document and our Group Privacy Statement.
