We're continually making improvements to NetBank. In fact, we've taken out CANSTAR's award for Best Online Banking, six years in a row. Introducing new features and making NetBank more reliable than ever means that from time-to-time, NetBank or some accounts and features may not be available. We are committed to giving you as much notice as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.

Cardless Cash will not be available from 11:50pm on Friday 24 July until 8:00am on Saturday 25 July

Our Call Centre staff's ability to assist with enquiries on accounts will be limited

Our automated Telephone banking service, CommBiz, CommSec, My Wealth and Support Community will also be impacted

Our online innovations continue to revolutionise the online banking sector in Australia. Here are some of the recent changes to NetBank:

  • Lock, block & limit your credit card - Lock international payments, block ATM cash advances and limit your spending on your card at any time in NetBank. Find out more
  • Lost, Stolen or damaged cards - Missing your credit card or need to replace debit or credit card? You can lock, cancel or order a replacement in NetBank. Find out more
  • My Spend is a handy budgeting tool that will automatically categorise and graph your expenses into groups such as groceries, rent, fuel and more - so you can see where you're spending your hard earned money. TaxView allows you to tag expenses that you'd like to claim on Tax, making it easier for you at the end of the financial year. Find out more
