Getting started

After we receive your application, we’ll let you know exactly what documents you need to provide us.

If  your salary is paid into your CommBank account then we should be able to use this to confirm your income. Otherwise you will need to provide:

  • Your two most recent payslips or
  • If you are self-employed: your last two years’ tax return/financial statement and your last Tax Assessment Notice.
  • If you have savings, loans or credit cards with other financial institutions, you might also need to provide your most recent statement for each of these accounts. You’ll need to provide three months of statements if you’ve held a CommBank account for less than six months.

Unavailable for secured loans, when a guarantor is required, if an application is incomplete or needs to be referred for a more detailed review by a lending specialist, if required documentation isn’t provided and subject to system availability. Applications for finance are subject to the Bank's normal credit approval.  Full terms and conditions will be included in our loan offer.  Fees and charges are payable.

~Additional repayments made on a Fixed Rate loan are not available to be redrawn.
