Click to call is a simple way to call us when using the CommBank app. Just tap on the topic you need to call about from the simple menu and you’ll get connected directly to the right person– there’s no need to listen to the automated questions.
Just choose from the menu in the app to let us know what your question is about before you even call and you’ll skip the automated questions.
Before you call we’ll let you know how long you might need to wait on hold. If your question can be answered quickly in the app we’ll let you know that too.
As we'll know what you’re calling about, you’ll be connected to the right person to help you straight away.
Your identity is confirmed in the app, so we'll know it's you who's calling and we’ll be ready to help you as soon as you're connected

2. Tap 'Contact us'
3. Choose what you'd like to call us about
4. See the wait time and whether you can find the answer online
