How do I activate my included international travel insurance for each trip?

No minimum spend required to be eligible.
You need to activate your included travel insurance each time before leaving Australia. You can do this online:
- Activate my travel insurance (you will be directed to the NetBank log on in a new tab)
- You will need to tell us your travel dates and destinations so our security team can keep an eye out for anything unusual on your account.
- You'll be taken to the Allianz Global Assistance's site to complete the activation process where they need a few more details, then:
- Allianz Global Assistance will email your Certificate of Insurance including your policy number and the Credit Card Insurances Product Disclosure Statement and Information Booklet.

How do I activate my insurance once I’ve left Australia?
There’ll be a three day waiting period before you can receive the activated level of cover of your included travel insurance.*

What happens if I don’t activate my included travel insurance for each trip?
You’ll receive only Base cover which includes personal liability cover and unlimited overseas medical assistance and hospital expenses.*
