How can I get a copy of my credit rating?

To obtain a copy of any credit report the Bank has obtained about you from a credit reporting agency, you will need to submit your written and signed consent at any Commonwealth Bank branch.  

However, in accordance with Part IIIA of the Privacy Act, if we have not retained a copy of any credit report after we have used it, we recommend you visit the credit reporting agency's web site at: mycreditfile.com.au, request a copy by fax on (02) 9951 7880 or by writing to:
