Keep in mind 

  • Your AutoPay will automatically begin from your next payment due date
  • You can change or cancel an existing AutoPay at any time following these steps
  • Only the Primary cardholder can set an AutoPay
  • If your set amount isn’t enough to cover the minimum payment shown on your current statement we’ll take out more to cover the difference
  • If your set amount is more than your closing balance shown on your current statement we’ll only take the closing balance amount

CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app
  2. Tap View accounts > then choose your credit card
  3. Tap settings in the top right hand corner > then Manage AutoPay
  4. Enter your CommBank app PIN
  5. Select Closing balance, the Minimum amount due or set an amount
  6. Choose the account to Pay from > then tap Submit

NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank > then go to Settings
  2. Under Payment settings select Credit card AutoPay
  3. Select Closing balance, the Minimum amount due or set an amount
  4. Choose the account to pay From > then click Submit
