Yes. If you believe a CommBank or Bankwest account or credit facility was opened your individual or business name without consent or authority, please contact us on 13 2221 or visit a CommBank branch.

If you think you’ve been scammed, follow these steps immediately:

• Stop all communications with the suspected scammer
• Change your password in NetBank or CommBiz and change your card PIN
• Lock your card and check your digital wallets. Go to card settings in the CommBank app to check and deregister any devices in the list that you don’t recognise
• Message us in the CommBank app 24/7 or call us on 13 2221, or
