Your physical cards will still work while we update credit, debit and Travel Money Card features on NetBank and the app between 4:00am - 6:00am AEST.
Ceba and Messaging
Ceba and Messaging will be undergoing maintenance between 3:00am - 6:00am AEST.
The platform may not function as usual, and you may see unexpected errors during this time if you message us. Where possible, message us before or after the scheduled maintenance period.
If you want to report your lost/stolen card or believe you have been the victim of a fraud or scam during this time, please call us on 13 2221.
