NetBank and the CommBank app
NetBank will be unavailable, and some CommBank app features will be limited or unavailable, between 1:30am - 5:30am AEDT. Customers will still be able to check balances and transactions in the CommBank app.
Ceba and MessagingCeba and Messaging will be undergoing maintenance between 12:30am - 5:30am.
The platform may not function as usual, and you may see unexpected errors during this time if you message us.
Where possible, message us before or after the scheduled maintenance period.
If you want to report your lost/stolen card or believe you have been the victim of a fraud or scam during this time, please call us on 13 2221.

Account and card settings
Your physical cards and digital wallet will still work while we update card, loan, BPAY, foreign currency accounts and international transfer features in NetBank between 12:30am - 5:30am.
