NetBank Preference Page update

We’ll be making some updates to the NetBank Preference Page this weekend. While we make these updates, some preferences won’t be available between 11pm Saturday - 6am Sunday (AEDT).

Public holiday service availability

On public holidays, our branches and contact centres may be closed or have limited operating hours.

You can message us 24/7 in the CommBank app for any urgent queries. Simply tap on help and ask a question. Our virtual assistant Ceba will respond instantly or send your enquiry to a specialist. Message us now or learn more.

Payments scheduled over public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for funds to be received after processing.
