NetBank and the CommBank app
NetBank will be unavailable, and some CommBank app features will be limited or unavailable, between 1:30am – 5:30am. Customers will still be able to check balances and transactions in the CommBank app.

Complaints & Compliments
The Complaints & Compliments portal and the 'Your complaints' homepage in the CommBank app and in NetBank will be unavailable between 1:30am – 5:30am.

CommBiz
CommBiz Mobile app will be unavailable between 1:30am – 5:30am.

Credit, debit and Travel Money Cards
Credit card, debit card, Travel Money Card accounts and some card settings may be temporarily affected between 3:00am - 6:00am.
