Use PaidIt to share your bank account details so we can pay any outstanding dividends and ensure future payments are made correctly.
CommBank uses PaidIt, a secure digital service that allows you to provide and verify your details online. Your verified information will then be provided to MUFG Corporate Markets (MUFG), the share registry, to process your dividend payment.
1. Locate the claim code included in the email or letter we sent you.
2. Visit PaidIt and enter your claim code to begin.
3. Choose how you want to provide your information and follow the prompts.
4. Once verified, your details will be securely provided to MUFG to process your dividend payment.
Once your details have been verified, your payment will be made by MUFG within 3-4 weeks.
