NetBank and the CommBank app

NetBank will be unavailable, and some CommBank app features will be limited or unavailable, between 1:30am - 5:30am AEDT on Saturday. Customers will still be able to check balances and transactions in the CommBank app.

Ceba and Messaging

We’ll be working on Ceba and messaging between 12:30am – 5:30am. Messaging may not work as it usually would and you might see errors. If you can, message us before or after this time.

Payments scheduled over public holidays are processed on the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for funds to be received after processing.
