    NetBank and the CommBank app

    NetBank will be unavailable, and some CommBank app features will be limited or unavailable, between 12:30am - 6:00am AEST. Customers will still be able to check balances and transactions in the CommBank app.

    Account and card settings

    Your physical cards and digital wallets will still work while we update card, loan, BPAY, foreign currency accounts and international transfer features in NetBank between 2:00am - 7:00am.

    Ceba and Messaging

    We’ll be working on Ceba and messaging between 1:00am - 7:00am AEST. Messaging may not work as it usually would and you might see errors. If you can, message us before or after this time.
