EFTPOS issue affecting digital wallets

    An EFTPOS issue affecting multiple banks has impacted some customers who recently added a debit card to their digital wallet. We’re contacting impacted customers directly to offer them support.

    Physical debit cards, online transactions and credit cards are not affected.

    We thank customers for their patience as we work with EFTPOS to resolve the issue. Customers can message us via the CommBank app for further support.
