In the CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app
  2. Tap Cards > then swipe across to find the Business Visa Debit Card
  3. Tap Activate card
  4. Enter your CommBank app PIN > then enter the last 4 digits of your card
  5. Enter and confirm your new card PIN > then tap Submit

In NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank, go to Settings
  2. Under Security, select Card activation
  3. Enter the last 4 digits of your card > click Check
  4. Enter and confirm your PIN > click Set PIN
  5. Get and enter a NetCode > click Activate

  • Why can’t I order a Business Visa Debit Card online?

    Your business account may have restrictions on it or not be eligible for a card. We suggest you get in touch by messaging us, calling 13 1998 (anytime) or visit your nearest branch. 

  • Can I have more than one Business Visa Debit Cards?

    Each authority may only have one card per business account. Here's how to give authority: Give Access To Business Accounts

  • How long will it take for my card to arrive?

    Cards may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive from the day you requested it. Your card will be sent to the address you have supplied in NetBank.

  • Do Business Visa Debit Cards have limits?

    Business Visa Debit Cards do not have a transaction limit, however the daily withdrawal limit is $2,000. This can be decreased or increased in NetBank, by calling us on 13 1998 or by visiting a branch. Withdrawal limits are calculated on a 24-hour period (midnight to midnight) Sydney time.
