What you'll need

  • Permission to attach Settlement Instructions to FX Trades
  • Permission to authorise FX Trades if modifying Authorised Trades

Speak to your Administrator if you don't have these permissions.

How to modify

  1. Log on to CommBiz. Select Payments then International Payments & FX
  2. Select View Outstanding FX Trades
  3. Select the arrow next to the Trade, or the Trade Reference Number
  4. Select Remove Settlement Instructions and then Remove to confirm
  5. Select Attach Settlement Instructions 
  6. Select the pencil icon to edit or bin icon to remove
  7. Enter settlement instructions for credit amount and choose a debit account
  8. Select Confirm, then Submit.
  9. On the next page, select Authorise and enter your credentials
