Using the CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app, then tap Accounts
  2. Select your merchant account, then tap Manage
  3. Tap Change settlement & billing account
  4. Nominate a new account for settlement, billing or both, then tap Proceed to review
  5. Review your new details, then tap Submit. You'll receive confirmation plus information on any next steps on the following screen

Using NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank, then select your merchant account
  2. Select the Manage service tab, then Change accounts
  3. Nominate a new account for settlement, billing or both, then tap Proceed to review
  4. Review your new details, then tap Submit. You'll receive confirmation plus information on any next steps on the following screen
