Using the CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app, then tap Accounts
  2. Select your terminal, then tap Manage
  3. Select Refund limits, then Edit amount
  4. Choose a new limit per refund for that terminal
  5. Review your change, then tap Confirm

Using NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank, then select your merchant account 
  2. Select the Manage service tab, then Go to refund limits
  3. Choose a new limit per refund for your terminal
  4. Review your change, then tap Save changes

Keep in mind

Easily update your refund limit up to $1000 in the app, or contact our friendly merchant help team to discuss a higher limit
