Using the CommBank app

  1. Log on to the app, tap Accounts, then select your merchant account
  2. Tap Manage, then select Close terminal
  3. Choose the terminal you’d like to close, then tap Next
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare your terminal for closure
  5. Tap OK
  6. Confirm your contact details, or let us know who to contact to arrange pick up, then tap Next
  7. Review your terminal closure request, then tap Submit. You'll receive confirmation plus information on next steps on the following screen

Using NetBank

(Smart devices only)

  1. Log on to NetBank, then select your merchant account
  2. Go to the Manage service tab, then select Close terminal
  3. Select Get started 
  4. Choose the terminal you’d like to close, then tap Next
  5. Confirm your contact details, or let us know who to contact to arrange pick up, then tap Next
  6. Review your terminal closure request, then select Submit. You'll receive confirmation plus information on next steps on the following page

You will need to stop using your merchant facility after this closure request
