Using the CommBank app

  1. Log on to the CommBank app, then tap Accounts
  2. Select your terminal, then tap Manage
  3. Tap Manage Amex payments
  4. To enable Amex payments, enter your Amex merchant number then tap Submit 
  5. To disable Amex payments, select the checkbox then tap Submit 

Using NetBank

  1. Log on to NetBank
  2. Select your merchant account, then the Manage service tab 
  3. Select Manage Amex payments
  4. To enable Amex payments, enter your Amex merchant number then tap Submit 
  5. To disable Amex payments, select the checkbox then tap Submit

Keep in mind

  • You’ll receive a reference number after you’ve submitted your request
  • It can take up to seven days for Amex payments to be enabled or disabled
