Smart Mini Hub passwords

 

 

Reset your password 

  • Go to the Smart Mini Hub logon screen and select Forgot password
  • Enter your email address and MID (merchant ID, you can find this on your last statement)
  • Select Submit

A temporary password will be sent to your email address.

Reset a team member's password 

You can reset a password on behalf of a team member in the Smart Mini Hub.

  • Go to Admin
  • Navigate to Quicklinks and select Manage web users 
  • Select Details from the drop down
  • Select Go
  • Select Reset Password 

A temporary password will be sent to your team member's email address.

Smart Mini app PINs

 

 

Reset your app PIN

  • Go to the Smart Mini app logon screen and select Forgotten PIN? 
  • Enter your user ID and email address
  • Select Next

A temporary user PIN will be sent to your email address.

Reset a team member's app PIN

You can reset a PIN on behalf of a team member in the Smart Mini Hub.

  • Go to Mobile users 
  • Navigate to Quicklinks and select Mobile user summary 
  • Select Details from the drop down
  • Select Go
  • Select Reset user PIN

A temporary PIN will be sent to the team member's email address. 

Account suspended

If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account may be suspended. 

An authoriser can unlock users and reset passwords in the Smart Mini Hub. The person who applied for the Smart Mini is usually the authoriser.
